EV Charger Calc — Privacy Policy

EV Charger Calc helps electricians size EV charger installs and send branded PDF quotes. This policy explains what the app stores and why. We keep it minimal — only enough to save your jobs and sync them across your devices.

What we collect

• Name, email address, phone number and physical address — from your sign-in account, your company profile, and the customer details you add to each job.
• Photos — the company logo you choose for your quotes.
• Your jobs, quotes and notes — the calculation inputs, results, line items and notes you enter.
• A user ID and a device ID — to keep your data on your account and diagnose problems.
• Purchase history — whether you have an active Pro subscription, via RevenueCat. We never see your card details.
• App interactions — a small, fixed set of six anonymous product events (for example that a calculator was used or a quote exported). No personal data is attached.
• Crash logs — diagnostic data if the app crashes, so we can fix it.

All of this is collected only to run the app. It is never sold and never shared for advertising, and it is encrypted in transit.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show ads.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Where your data lives

Your jobs, company profile and price list are stored in your own space in Google Firebase (Firestore and Storage), readable only by your account. The app works offline and syncs when you reconnect.

Services we use

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Remote Config, App Check, Analytics and Crashlytics) and RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers process data on our behalf to run the app.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from the app. Signed in with Apple or Google: Profile → your name → Delete account. Using the app as a guest: Profile → Delete my data. You can also request deletion by email. Deleting removes your jobs, company profile, logo, price list and account record. (App Store or Google Play subscriptions are managed in the store and are not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel there if needed.)
