Delete your EV Charger Calc account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open EV Charger Calc.
2. Signed in with Apple or Google: go to Profile → your name → Delete account.
3. Using the app as a guest: go to Profile → Delete my data.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. A signed-in account signs in again first. Your account and data are removed.

By email

Email codememory101@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my EV Charger Calc account". We handle these requests within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your jobs and the customer details on them.
• Your company profile and logo.
• Your price list and quote defaults.
• Your account record and sign-in link.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it in your store account (Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions) to stop future charges.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. In the app:

• Delete a job (and its customer details) — Jobs → open the job → ••• → Delete job.
• Remove your company logo — Profile → Company profile → Remove.
• Delete price-list items — Profile → Price list → open the item → Delete.

You can also email codememory101@gmail.com to ask us to delete specific data. We handle these requests within 30 days.
